BESPOKE 1 to 1

• Fortnightly 75 min coaching sessions to increase knowledge, educate, improve riding level, analyse performance, create action plans and improve teaching. (Sessions can work alongside Mountain or UK Indoor training sessions.)

• Fortnightly “actionable” (at home) steps / tasks to facilitate learning, elevate riding technique and teaching delivery.

• Educational MP3 recordings to solidify understanding.

• Accountability to stay ‘on track’.

To receive mentorship, simply book a call. We’ll have a chat about your current Instructor situation and I’ll design a customised roadmap to navigate your elevated career pathway. As each mentorship is bespoke, your private coaching sessions can be development, analysis or educational sessions. It can work in conjunction with on-snow training sessions either indoor or outdoor snow, or off snow.

You can decide straight away or take a few days to think about our chat. Once you’ve decided my Instructor Career Mentorship program is right for you and upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with details of how to schedule your coaching sessions.

Book your 1 to 1 coaching sessions via my online booking platform for a time that suits you. These sessions are delivered via video conferencing technology. The educational MP3 recordings are available at the appropriate time, so you can listen when ever you want, for life.
